2002

Company Established

Registered office at 27 Mandai Estate, #06-07 Innovation Place.

Relocation

Moved to No. 1 Clementi Loop to expand operations, storage capacity, and customer service.

2005

New Distribution

  • Appointed as the Sole distributor for Toten Co in Singapore and Brunei. This partnership enabled Syntax to distribute a comprehensive range of network cabinet products, including indoor and outdoor cabinets, as well as a complete array of wall mounted- rack solutions.
2006

New Distribution

  • Selected as the distributor for Clever PDU and Intelligent PDU products in Singapore. Clever Electronic Co. Ltd, a pioneer in the PDU industry, is renowned for its R&D efforts inIntelligent PDU technology and offers a complete range of power solutions for the data centers (IDC).
2008

First Major NPM Project

Secured the first major project with Clever for Intelligent PDUs (NPM). This marked a significant milestone for Syntax, as it ventured into providing and implementing solutions for remote control, monitoring and management of internet- connected devices or system from distant locations. Total of 84 NPM has been installed and commission.
2011

Expansion

Moved to BHL Factory and Mandai Industrial Building with a larger office and warehouse to accommodate data center projects and storage solutions.

Syntax Enclosure System established Syntax Network Solutions Pte Ltd

A fully owned subsidiary with its appointed as the distributor for LANSAN CABLES, the new entity focuses on distributing network cabling and providing copper and fiber connectivity solution across various industries.

2013

Further Expansion

Relocated to a larger facility at 68A Senoko Road, capable of storing 3000 racks, featuring modern logistics systems to improve operational efficiency.
2013

First Cold Containment Project

Our first Cold Aisle Containment (CAC) project. Designing, Producing, Installing and Commissioning a full scale data center CAC project for an Oversea- bank.
2016

First HOT Containment Project

Successfully deployed the first Hot Aisle Containment Project, featuring a total of 532 racks (600x 1200mm 45U and 800x 1200mm 45U) from Toten’s K8 Series. This project included 17 aisles of HAC using aluminium- profile solution, implemented in a local data center
2021

Strategic Partnership

Collaborated with GREEN DC to design and implement customizable containment solutions. This partnership spanned the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring tailored solutions for client needs

2022

Launch of Green DC Gen2 CAC Top Cover Control Switch

Introduced the second-generation Top Cover Control Switch (TCCS) to the local market. The new version features a Dual Power Input system, designed to maintain CAC Top Cover engagement during power maintenance or in the absence of the main power source.
2024

New Partnering

Partnering with Attom Technology to bring in advanced cooling technology and equipment to the local market including but not limited to Rear Door Heat Exchanger and Rack Mount Precision DX Cooling.

These milestones show Syntax’s growth in distribution, project management, and expansion of its operational capabilities.
